In January, John Feal was ready to give his kidney to a perfect stranger. But they weren't a good match.

That bad news led to a series of events that will culminate this morning in a Manhattan hospital and potentially save not one life, but three.

The daisy chain started by Feal includes six surgeons who will conduct three simultaneous kidney transplants at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center.

Almost six years after Rudy Giuliani became America's mayor as he guided the city through the worst terror attack in U.S. history, many of those who stood by him then are now attacking his traditional role at the annual memorial ceremony at Ground Zero.

Criticism is coming his way because he's running for president and has been accused of exploiting 9/11 to lift his national profile.

"I think it's a horrible decision and I'm outraged," said Jim Riches of Brooklyn, whose son died in the attack on the World Trade Center and who is also a deputy chief with the fire department. "Seventy percent of us are now sick because he lied about the air quality down at Ground Zero, and he was too busy raising money and going to the World Series to pay attention to what was happening down there. He should just go to a Yankees baseball game instead.

This September 11 will be the sixth anniversary of the day I had my last chance to talk to my daughter, Vanessa Lang Langer. I was barely out of bed and conscious during the dwindling moments that would come to be the remaining time her blood coursed through her veins, her heart beat, she had her hands on her steering wheel as she parked her car in the garage on Washington Street, sat at her desk, thought about her brothers, her husband, her coming child. I did not know it would be the last opportunity, and in this post-traumatic world that I now occupy I know there are millions of people out there who know how intensified my grief gets with each passing year and with each new crime perpetrated by the Bush administration and the many in our government who enable them. I know, and there is some comfort in knowing, that many of you are just as outraged, just as traumatized by the failure to bring to light that what was done to my daughter in body, and to our country and, indeed, the world, in spirit and action was (in whole or in part) facilitated by factions in our own government. The most important thing then is be certain that as we ask for an investigation or for impeachment we are conscious that we are asking for what may constitute our only hope to get out of this alive.

We must be strategic. Not sentimental. Not stupid. Not so angry that we lose sight of this first truth--even 9/11 occurred in the "post 9/11 world". On that day when so many are thinking about their last opportune moments to connect to those they love, we need to give them the space (intellectual and emotional) to see with their own eyes how this land has fared, how our government has failed us as it grew its own power. Because the most important thing is not respect for the dead and for the grieving who on this day will have those events unfold for them moment by moment--the most important thing is to stop it from happening again. And continuing. So on that day and only on that day in the places where the mourners gather, I am asking all of you to pause.

9/11/07 New York City, Let's Make History

Rudy Giuliani attended a fund raiser in Brooklyn at a jewish community center. His speech was mainly focused on, you guessed it, the war on terror. He made fun of Michael Moore's new movie "Sicko" and denounced it with Pro-American HealthCare sentiments. However he failed to mention what he would do for the 1st Responders who are dieing by the thousands.

His speech was big on terror, but when it came time to discuss the evidence like the recent member of his own administration who has gone public, Michael Haas, he was deaf. Mr. Haas describes explosions in the lower level of WTC Building 7 before the towers collapse. He said he was told to get out of the command center in building 7 and he didn't make it down the stairwell soon enough when around the 8th floor the stairwell blew up. He witnessed the lobby area completely blown out and was told not to look at the dead bodies as he left.

Rudy also didn't want to answer questions about evidence provided by NY FireFighter John Schroeder which completely shatters the official story. Rudy wasn't the only politician who didn't want to hear about evidence, NY State Senator Marty Golden was also in attendance. He also fled when we asked him about the recent video by John and the statements taken by Fire Commissioner Thomas Von Essen from 503 firefighters and paramedics from the FDNY. In total there are 12,000 pages of evidence that the 9/11 Commission just flat out ignored.

These politicians are saying to the people who risked their lives on 9/11, we don't care what you saw. We don't care about the truth constituents. We don't care about justice for the family members. Who cares if Osama Bin Laden is no longer wanted for the crimes of 9/11 (See his wanted poster on fbi.gov today).

History has now recorded these politicians and their staff for all time.

Two FireFighters Died, they were Joseph Graffagnino (Right), 33, of Brooklyn, who had been with the department for eight years, and Robert Beddia(Left), 53, of Staten Island. An official said he had been with the fire department 23 years and was the senior firefighter on the scene.

US citizen, Miguel A. Caceres Cruz, which was part of a community motorcycle club, was directing traffic in a small town on the eastern coast of Puerto Rico while his motorcycle club and another car club were parading for a girl's sweet sixteen birthday.

Police officer Javier Pagan Cruz from the Puerto Rico Police Dept. drove by and began obstructing traffic. Caceres Cruz said to the police officer: "please move.. let the traffic flow". That was when Police officer Pagan Cruz got angry and began threatening and insulting Caceres Cruz. Caceres Cruz asked Pagan Cruz why was he insulting and disrespecting him since he did not insult/disrespect any of the police officers. At that moment, female police officer Zulma Diaz de Leon came out with her handcuffs and told him that he was under arrest.

Caceres Cruz and all the other civilians began questioning why they were arresting him for and she arrogantly responded: "because i want to".

Caceres Cruz began backing up to prevent being cuffed while asking the motive for his arrest since he had done nothing wrong and demanded not to be touched. Pagan Cruz launched himself towards Caceres Cruz and initiated his aggression. Caceres Cruz was taken to the ground while being punched and kicked by the Police and the astonished crowd pleaded the officers to let him go. Pagan Cruz's pistol was fired during the struggle hitting Pagan Cruz in his thigh and then he took out his gun and shot the un-armed and defenseless Caceres Cruz on the floor 3-4 times.

Brian Roberts who has worked for Sport View Technologies for over 10 years was fired due to his 9/11 views and an interview he did with Carson Kressley of the Queer Eye for the Straight Guy TV show. While Carson isn’t involved with the Fab 5, he attends events like the annual Junior League horse show in Lexington Kentucky because he is a horse fan and gives money to various charities and that is where Brian decided to use his personal time to ask Carson some questions for his personal blog and WeAreChange site.

Brian asked Mr. Kressley if he would do an interview and Carson agreed without any stipulations as to the subject matter. The video wasn’t recorded due to a technical problem but you can listen to the entire interview here:



Later it seems that Carson must of had some regrets and reported Brian to the horse track management , the Junior League, who contacted Brian’s boss, Mike Shanahan.

According to Brian:

July 12, 2007 - After the interview, about 20 minutes or so, I get yet another call from my boss, asking me if I did an interview tonight. I informed my boss yes I did, for my blog site as I was a fan of Mr, Kressley. He asked me if I used company equipment, and I said yes I did, but I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. He then told me to go to my control room and not leave until the night was over. About 10 minutes later I was approached by security in the control room asking me to come with them. I was informed that I was being barred from the property "Per Jr. league Management". No official reason was ever given.

July 13, 2007 - I received another phone call from my boss informing me that I have been barred from the property and I was not allowed to return. He also went on to tell me that because of my views and the fact that my views are scaring people, that he has no place to put me because no matter where he puts me I would scare people with my views, and then he informed me that I was fired. I told my boss that I didn't see what the problem was and why people would be scared. He told me "I know you don't understand, but you are even scaring me, you sound like these radicals that attack this country and you are scaring people with all your government conspiracy stuff." I ask my boss "Sir, have you looked at the information, have you looked into WTC 7?" He told me "I don't want to hear it, I am not stupid" I told him "Sir I never said you were stupid." He said "That doesn't matter, the point was I scaring people and it is costing him money because of it." He then also told me "The interview with Mr. Kressley probably wouldn't even matter if you wouldn't have gone "Michael Moore" on him.

As of now I am with out a job, have to move back to Alabama, and find a new job. Why? Because I asked questions, or is it because the info I was putting out the upper crust of the Jr. League didn't like it and they want keep their capitalist lifestyle safe from the Truth!

Brian’s company has denied his unemployment claim on the grounds of “misconduct” even though Brian used his own time. It should be noted that Brian did use company equipment to film Carson, but SportView Technologies has said that was not a factor in the firing. Brian’s views about 9/11 being an inside job are known by many in the company, however Brian only talks about these issues with co-workers or customers when he is engaged by others to do so. BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Firefighter John Schroeder, assigned to Engine Company 10 directly across the street from the World Trade Center complex, holds back tears and describes his first-hand experience on Sept. 11^th. His story directly contradicts many aspect of the National Commission on Terrorist attacks though corroborates many other eyewitness testimony.

“Standing outside the firehouse with my buddies, we were talking about how beautiful the day was. Then just like that, our lives changed forever. Some of those guys I would never see again.”

In this exclusive interview, Firefighter Schroeder recollects in great detail how he was one of the first firefighters to rush to the complex. “We first assembled on West Street, where we saw someone burnt beyond recognition. We were like ‘What is going on here?’ and then went straight into the Marriot building” From there, Firefighter Schroeder made his way to the lobby of the North Tower. “It looked like a bomb went off, and we started making our way up the stairs to rescue as many people as we could.”

As they were making there way up the floors, Firefighter Schroeder heard a huge explosion. “The elevators just blew right out. We couldn’t believe it. The plane hits 80 floors up but the elevators explode at least five minutes later? It was unreal.”

Firefighter Schroeder made it all the way up to the 23^rd floor before barely hearing on the failing radios that another plane was coming in. That plane would hit the South Tower though for some reason “We were tossed like a rag doll by another explosion in our building. People were making there way down the stairwells burnt like you couldn’t believe. We were all shocked because it seemed as if there was fire everywhere, on so many floors. It just didn’t make sense”.

The stairwells were black, and at that point, firefighters were making the decision to head back down stairs. In making there way down to the third floor, they were not able to find an exit. “The lobby was like a war zone. We could not find our way out. Then, all of a sudden, one of the maintenance workers had a key that opened a back door that got us out of there. He saved my life.” That worker was Willie Rodriguez. “I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart.

Firefighter Schroeder today has lost 40% of his lung capacity. “We haven’t been treated properly at all. From the day of the attack, our physical and mental health has deteriorated and it seems as if no one cares. To lose friends, to have to recover their bodies in the days after, to be offered no protections against that horrific-smelling dust that was everywhere even though the government said the air was OK to breathe is just not right.” Some of Firefighter’s Schroeder’s best friends have gotten out of the FDNY altogether while others accepted money and trips to help. “I stayed right here and did the right thing and now it feels as if I’m suffering the most. Where is our government to help the one’s with the toughest jobs on that day and the days after?”

John Schroeder, we want to thank you for being as brave as your job requires in speaking out about your experiences on Sept/ 11^th. You have set the historical record straight by explaining your story. This Nation is forever greatful to you as your account will help to save and protect many more lives.

Today, tens of thousands of such 9/11 first responders are in dire need of medical care due to the environmental conditions after the 3 towers imploded at Ground Zero. Diagnosed with cancers and debilitating respiratory illnesses, these true American heroes have been denied the financial benefits required to save their lives. While suffering and deteriorating, their health crisis has been ignored by state and federal policy. Many have already died.

Bloomberg Takes the Ride of His Life

Mayor Bloomberg takes the subway periodically, about once a month according to his staff, so that he can be with the people. Unfortunately he picked the day when WeAreChange.org and Infowars.com reporters were outside City Hall. The ride lasted about 15 minutes and Luke, Tom, Nate and several other concerned citizens used every minute to bring up questions from parking tickets to 9/11.

Luke started in with an attack on the Ground Zero Memorial. Why are you disrespecting the family members by moving the memorial off the grounds of the World Trade Center? Debra Burlingame is the sister of Captain Charles “Chic” Burlingame, III, pilot of American Airlines flight 77, which crashed into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. He participated in the very pentagon drill which envisioned just such an attack and his daughter Wendy died under mysterious circumstances in a fire later. It’s all just a coincidence.

Luke moved on by adding that 45% of the remains have not been found, why do you want to build on holy ground? By the way family members this year are just asking to go down the ramp but Bloomberg said in an earlier interview ,“It doesn't work. And you know we just have to get used to the fact that there's a lot of construction going on there.” I guess everyone is supposed to move on and stop bugging the government about trivial issues like this. Why are you ignoring the rescue workers who are sick and dieing? How did building 7 come down? The EPAs lies are causing the deaths of thousands of first responders. Still no response from the Mayor.

With the film ban going into effect there was plenty of questions about the constitutionality of it all. Even Keith Olbermann said it was the worst constitutional attack he could think of. Questions came fast and furious like, why do you want to destroy the constitution? You want to run for President, aren't you concerned with destroying the constitution? Nate was right on the mark when he added, "If it's unconstitutional it's null and void, you know we will win in court don't you?" Luke reminded Mayor Bloomberg that he has money invested in a media company and doesn't he see the conflict of interest, "you want to ban filming?"

Other points were made like, your just trying to put fear into us hoping we won't film, we will continue to film even if you declare martial law. Your making criminals out of ordinary citizens by arresting bicycle riders (See the Critical Mass Video by WeAreChange) and now people with cameras. Stop selling out to the corporate banks, sir. There's lots of questions, It's you opportunity as mayor to actually address these questions.

The Mayor’s goons make a big deal about the fact that our reporters do not have official New York City issued press passes. However this does not excuse the Mayor from not answering the questions put forth even if they are from his constituency. However this just shows that the media is controlled and if they were to ask these questions they might fear having their passes revoked.

Tom Foti said it best when he said "Until we get answers, this is how it’s going to be"

Reporters from WeAreChange Seattle were asked to leave a Michelle Obama event after being told that no press was allowed. Based on the video, it had less to do with a media policy and more to do with being handled by protective staff.

WeAreChange briefly caught the wife of presidential candidate Barack Obama outside after the event while holding signs that read "9/11 Truth Seeking Leads to Peace," an appeal to the shared anti-war sentiment with many Democrats and liberals.

The group asked Michelle if she would support a new 9/11 investigation. She didn't respond, but did accept a flyer titled "9/11 Fact Sheet."

Bloomberg Confronted as Camera Ban Set for Enforcement

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg was confronted outside of his Manhattan residence yesterday. Reporters affiliated with WeAreChange.org and Infowars.com tried to ask Bloomberg if his new film policy is meant to be an attack on the First Amendment, which is demonstrably the case.

Bloomberg did not respond as he moved directly to his vehicle, but security asked reporters to "keep their distance." The film policy, which would restrict public filming in a period lasting longer than 30 minutes for those who do not have a permit from the city, is scheduled for enforcement starting August 3rd.

Nate Evans of WeAreChange.org notes that local papers have portrayed the new policy as a "crackdown," insinuating that filming on public streets is somehow criminal. Police have already taken the same view in far too many cases-- including confiscating and even destroying cameras.

The WeAreChange crew has already been labeled as "terrorists" for filming on public streets and been told that their cameras are "weapons" or "bombs." In other cases across the country, people have been charged with 'wiretapping' for filming of police officers publicly.

The only true threat has been to the credibility of the establishment itself, as video technology has been effective in documenting unfair treatment, threats of arrest and criminal behavior by police and in recording statements by politicians and other figureheads who would rather not be held accountable for their words, statements and policies. One NYPD officer even told reporters recently that he was 'not a public servant' and was not even allowed to make public statements.

Bloomberg himself proved this statement when he was again confronted by reporters on the subway. Over a twenty minute span, Bloomberg refused to answer any questions about the film ban, as well as a number of other subjects, choosing only to comment that the 'weather was nice,' according to Luke Rudkowski, a reporter for WeAreChange.org and Infowars.com. Now, WeAreChange plans to join other demonstrators outside Mayor Bloomberg's Madison Ave. & E. 79th Street residence on August 3 at 5 p.m. in an act of civil disobedience that they hope will send a message about the unfair and unconstitutional new filming policies.

Those outside of the residence intend to violate the policy proviso that prohibits using a camera on public streets for longer than 30 minutes without a city permit as well as a $1 million insurance policy-- which, if upheld, codified and accepted for enforcement would be a decisive step backwards in the trend of "democratized" technology and would almost certainly stymie the work of independent filmmakers, alternative media and, theoretically, even tourists. It leaves an open door for police to selectively enforce the imposing policy in violation of first amendment rights-- which guards not only freedom of speech, but also the freedom of the press.

Police have previously stated that they intend to start enforcing the new policy on August 3 , so this demonstration may prove to be the first true test of what that enforcement will look like, and if it will be allowed to stand and eventually spread throughout the country until the First Amendment becomes an altogether gray line blurred under certain impending tyranny.
