NEW YORK — City police unions and the family of a dead police detective who worked on Sept. 11 cleanup called Tuesday for Mayor Michael Bloomberg to apologize for saying the officer is "not a hero" because his death was ruled unrelated to the toxic debris.
Speaking Monday to students at Harvard University, Bloomberg was asked about the idea of applying hard science to public policy. In his answer, he brought up Chief Medical Examiner Charles Hirsch's recent conclusion that retired police detective James Zadroga's fatal lung disease was caused not by dust from the collapse of the World Trade Center but by self-administered injections of ground-up pills.
"Nobody wanted to hear that; we wanted to have a hero, and there are plenty of heroes," Bloomberg said. "It's just, in this case, science says this was not a hero." Zadroga's family disputes Hirsch's findings about drug use; a New Jersey medical examiner ruled separately last year that Zadroga died from inhaling the toxic dust. Zadroga put in more than 400 hours at ground zero, and his death at age 34 made him a symbol of ailing Sept. 11 workers around the country.
The family sought Hirsch's opinion as part of the city's required process to include additional names on the official list of Sept. 11 victims and a memorial wall to be built at ground zero.
"The mayor is a political person; he's acting on a political agenda. To me, he's heartless; he has no compassion whatsoever for people and their lives and their families," the detective's father, Joseph Zadroga, said Tuesday.
Detectives' Endowment Association President Michael Palladino said that the police force had lost faith in the mayor and City Hall, and that Bloomberg's comments stung the hundreds of rescue workers who say they have become sickened after working on the cleanup. "Hirsch's findings and the mayor's comments are an insult to the families of those first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, like Jimmy Zadroga, and all those other first responders that are still suffering with the illness of 9/11," Palladino said.
At a news conference Tuesday, Bloomberg praised the detective for his "impressive record" and said he didn't mean to upset anyone. He declined to say whether he regrets the remark about Zadroga not being a hero. Joseph Zadroga said he would like to meet with the mayor to explain the family's view of the detective's death. The mayor's spokesman, Stu Loeser, said Bloomberg would be happy to meet with Zadroga.

In an interview with We Are Change L.A. at an anti-war rally in Los Angeles this past weekend, Ruffalo said he was "baffled" with how the twin towers and Building 7 came down, but cautioned that so much information had been put out that the truth had been "stretched" and that too many people were being distracted by the more "sensational" aspects of some claims made about 9/11 that were being fostered to "discredit the movement."
If you've been following the news around the the internet you may have heard that a man named Charles Giles, an EMT on 9/11, is about to be thrown out of his house because he fell a little over a month behind in his mortgage. This sick and dying first responder has been put through the ringer of government and corporate bureaucracy.
The town of Barnegat, NJ has done what it can to raise money for Charles and his family preparing for the inevitable sheriff sale of his house but John Feal's Foundation and WeAreChange has decided to fight for this man by taking his story to the masses and implicating the bank's and law firms behind this.
This man was severely burnt and had a badly damaged eye but refused to go home and went back to the pile at the trade center until December. He stayed because that's the kind of man Charles is. He wasn't going to give up on us and so we aren't going to give up on him.
To everyone at WeAreChange, I wanted to say thank you for the extremely generous donations you've given to the FealGood Foundation, and others as of late. In 9/11 Truth, victories are very few and far between. However, with every dollar given to help 9/11 First Responders, it is the equivalent to a 100 victories.

Miami Reporter arrested because reporters are different than the public.
Police said he was trespassing even though he was on a public sidewalk. I guess police can make up special rules for reporters now. The police had no right to tell the camera man to stop filming and that's why they didn't arrest him too. The police started to man handle the reporter even though he was on a public street as well.
We want to support the police, but you can't make up the law as you go along because someone doesn't want press coverage.

Former President Bill Clinton predicted Tuesday that his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, is likely to have a more difficult time winning the Democratic presidential nomination than she would the general election.
"I wouldn't be surprised if the primary is tougher than the general," the former president said at a Minneapolis fundraiser for his wife's campaign, arguing that she's more immune to attacks from Republicans because "they don't have anything new to say about her."
Because of the current political climate, Clinton said Democrats are in prime position to reclaim the presidency.
"I think we can run anybody and win if we run a smart campaign," Clinton said. That gives Democrats the opportunity to pick the most qualified candidate for the job, he said, making the pitch that Hillary Clinton is that candidate.
Clinton's 50-minute speech, which started about an hour behind schedule, was derailed briefly by several hecklers in the audience who shouted that the 2001 terrorist attacks were a fraud. Rather than ignoring them, Clinton seemed to relish a direct confrontation.
"A fraud? No, it wasn't a fraud," Clinton said, as the crowd cheered him on. "I'll be glad to talk to you if you shut up and let me talk."
When another heckler shouted that the attacks were an "inside job," Clinton took even greater umbrage.
"An inside job? How dare you. How dare you. It was not an inside job," Clinton said. "You guys have got to be careful, you're going to give Minnesota a bad reputation."
As the commander in chief during two of the worst false flag attacks on American soil, how dare you attempt to now try to cover up the crimes of 9/11?

Toronto C.H.A.N.G.E. now runs a 24 Hour a day Internet TV station. The programming is mostly about 9/11 but includes other subjects as well. A mix of documentaries, confrontation videos and even music videos are used and they are even running ads for 9/11 groups if they have events coming up.

According to ABC News: Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani hired a Catholic priest to work in his consulting firm months after the priest was accused of sexually molesting two former students and an altar boy and told by the church to stop performing his priestly duties.

That's the quote from Glenn Beck on CNN Headline News, Monday October 22 at about 9:15 pm EST. Mark this date and time on your calender as the exact moment in time when Glenn Beck denounced his right to be a valid member of the 4th branch of government in this country. If I was a black female basketball player and he was Imus, I just might sue.
Glenn admitted that 12% of Americans believe that the government was behind the attacks. He also brought up Charlie Sheen and Rosie O'Donnell as members of this dangerous group that is tearing apart America.
Glenn decided to bring on James Meigs, editor in cheif of Popular Mechanics, to put the American public back to sleep. James is utilized a lot in the mainstream media as a debunker. I guess the number of debunkers is really, really, really small. On the other hand the Truth Community has over 230 Architects and Engineers ready to explain the collapse. I assume he is on Geraldo's speed dial and probably on call 24 hours a day now for putting out 9/11 Truth fires for all the networks. His explanation that Truthers look at small anomalies and blow them out of proportion and that they seek answers but don't listen to the answers was quite cute. However I doubt that Mr. Meigs has called any of the firefighters or heroes who ran from those buildings that morning like William Rodriguez who dove under a fire truck, or John Shroeder who nearly jumped in the river or Kevin McPadden who got a 5 second headstart from the countdown of the demolition of Building 7. One day Mr. Meigs you will run from the collapse of your lies and deceptions to the American people.
Glenn did give 9/11 Truth fair time, just kidding, by inviting Michael Shermer from the Skeptics Society on to explain how these ideas get started in the first place and how he has thoroughly debunked all these claims. Incidentally the Skeptics Society Website has a UFO in the Banner. Great! So after Mike was done psychoanalyzing why Truthers believe Brave FireFighters over Cowardly Politicians with stock in Oil Companies and Defense Companies, Glenn determined to see if he did a good job for his bosses by posting a poll.

This video illustrates the efforts of Nathan Evans a Visual Effects and Animation artist to produce a high fidelity visualization of World Trade Center 1 and 2. Showing steel core columns, wiring, ventilation, office furniture, restrooms, concrete, glass, secondary steel columns, office walls and other building content. Keep in mind do to the size of the building it would be impossible to show all the content in these building do to resolution of video and available of processing power that my computer will allow at the present.
In this video it will help you understand visually what the building's content was in wtc1 and 2.
The render is based off the blueprints of floor 47-the noticeable differences of each floor from the blueprints would be the center positioning of the stairs and specific spacing of restrooms and the walls of storage space.
In future videos Nathan Evans is hoping to create World Trade Center buildings 1, 2 and 7 matching 100% of each floor from the original blueprints with also covering basement space and content.

One member was thrown to the ground, roughed up and hauled out by security. Another member was taunted when a security guard took his hat and threw it .

NEW YORK - He became the face of post-Sept. 11 illness after his death in early 2006, galvanizing lawmakers and health care advocates to lobby for research and treatment for thousands who said the debris-filled air at ground zero made them sick.
James Zadroga, the 34-year-old retired police detective who died of respiratory failure after working hundreds of hours at the World Trade Center site, was often cited by those advocates as a "sentinel case" — the first health-related casualty linked to ground zero, suggesting there would be more to follow.
The city's medical examiner stunned that community this week in a letter declaring that Zadroga's death had nothing to do with the toxic air he breathed while working at ground zero.

He isn't kidding.
It's not just the Police Department and MTA watching them. Countless private security cameras eye the city at all times - and some are broadcast to the masses.
Giuliani's failure to provide FDNY with adequate radios must be investigated:
Why was nothing done to improve FDNY radio performance for seven years after a clear need was demonstrated in the 1993 World Trade Center attack?
When new radios were finally ordered, why did the city award a contract to Motorola without a competitive bidding process?
Once Motorola was given the contract, why did its cost jump from $1.4 million to $14 million?
Why were these new radios never field tested?
The families of the firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11 deserve answers to these questions. We call on a full, public investigation to uncover the facts behind the Giuliani administration's failure to equip the New York Fire Department with radios that could have saved the lives of first responders on 9/11.
Rudy Giuliani is running for office on how he handled 9/11 and here we have proof positive that firemen were killed because his administration did not fix the long-standing (since 1993!) problems with the radios.
This BNF investigative report calls attention to four key questions about Rudy's handling of the broken radios from firemen's families and experts:

After 3 more seconds of thought, Joe Six Pack and Jane Housewife make the connection that Rudy Giuliani is not a 9/11 Hero but that he did some awful things regarding 9/11. And even if Joe Six Pack or Jane Housewife agree with Rudy Giuliani 95% of the time, Giuliani just lost their vote, even if he attains the general nomination and faces Hillary Clinton.
The people of New York City booed Rudy Giuliani because they know what a scumbag he truly is. Giuliani couldn't get elected dogcatcher in New York City today unless the only other candidate running was named Michael Vick.

Dean Brown has stepped forward as a new eyewitness to secondary explosions before and after the plane's impact. He told WeAreChange.org reporter Luke Rudkowski that he witnessed a first floor explosion.
"Once the plane hit the top, that's when the bomb's going off on the first floor. It's like the plane's actually hitting the floor...You was hearing Boom-Boom-Boom Boom Boom going down from the top floor all the way down to the first floor. It was frightening for everybody that was around...It was really, really scary," said Brown.
Dean Brown says he also talked to firefighters on the scene who witnessed the bombs, including one who was in tears about the explosions while other bombs were still going off.
Brown joins other witnesses including firefighter John Schroeder who saw or heard secondary explosions. Schroeder also claims there were explosions on the first floor.
"We got down to the lobby and everything was blown out, exploded, and we were the only ones in the lobby... everything was exploded, everything was gone, we're like what is going on here?" said Schroeder.
